TeamWeave is a cloud resource operations platform operated by Construction Intelligence Solutions. It helps construction organizations plan, forecast, and deploy their people, crews, and equipment across projects, tasks, and deliverables. This policy explains what data we handle, how we protect it, and the choices you have.

Data we handle

To operate TeamWeave, we store the planning data your organization adds or imports — for example projects, tasks, resources (people, crews, equipment), roles and skills, assignments, utilization, and the scenarios you create. We also process basic account information for the users you invite, such as name, email, and role-based permissions.

How we protect it

• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Each organization's data is logically isolated; one organization cannot access another's plans.
• Access within your organization is governed by role-based permissions you control.
• We follow least-privilege access and modern security practices across our infrastructure.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your organization's planning data with third parties except trusted infrastructure providers (such as our hosting and database vendors) strictly to operate the service, and as required by law.

Cookies & analytics

On this marketing website we use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and visitor insights — including Google Analytics and visitor-identification tools — to understand traffic and improve the site. These load by default when you visit. You can opt out anytime via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer; opting out stops those analytics cookies from loading. (This is separate from the TeamWeave application, which is covered above.)

Your choices

You control who in your organization can view or edit plans. To export or request deletion of your organization's data, contact us and we will help you remove it from our systems.
